Upgrade from screenshots to lifelike HTML demos

Screenshot-based demos lack the polish and flexibility of real HTML captures. HowdyGo gives you HTML demos on every plan - no enterprise pricing required.

Why do our customers choose HowdyGo over Arcade?

Reason #1

Real HTML demos, not stitched-together screenshots

Arcade captures screenshots of your product, which can look pixelated, don't show animations, and feel static. HowdyGo captures actual HTML and CSS - your demos look and feel exactly like your real product because they almost are.

It's a simple process to create interactive demos. This has helped us showcase our product to clients without any signup friction.

It has also allowed us to stop free trials and put this in place of the trial. It's as close to the real deal as possible. Great customer support!

Reason #2

Edit your demos - stop re‑recording everything

With Arcade, any UI change means starting over from scratch.

HowdyGo's no-code HTML editor lets you change text, blur sensitive data, update images & charts, and personalize demos after recording. One recording becomes many customized demos.

The edit Ul feature is honestly one of the greatest things l've ever used.

All I have to do is duplicate a demo and replace what's already there with updated UI text. I don't have to record it all from scratch!

We needed a way to anonymize our merchants' product interface to show real-life examples of our new product features.

HowdyGo is extremely easy to use.

Reason #3

HTML demos for everyone, not just enterprise

Arcade reserves HTML capture for enterprise customers with custom pricing. HowdyGo includes HTML demos on every plan, starting at $159/month—with unlimited users and unlimited demos.

Your whole GTM team can create professional demos without seat math or budget negotiations.

Pricing is much more competitive compared to others on the market, and there are far fewer limitations.

Reason #4

Hands-on support from a team that cares

We're a deliberately small team, care deeply about our customers and are here to help you every step of the way.

Our support is handled by our founding team, the same people that build HowdyGo day to day - not a rotating support function.

From the beginning, Tom, Umberto, and Daniel have been absolutely phenomenal to work with.

They've implemented features we've wanted, reviewed demos for us, and have been incredibly collaborative to get things up and running.

Daniel, Tom & Umberto are not just solution providers, they are extra members of my GTM team that help us strategise, enable best practices and continue to push us to innovate how we can showcase our solutions better.

HowdyGo team is fantastic. This was important for us. They're whipsmart and building a great interactive demo product, but they're also genuinely supportive and great to work with. They're thoughtfully building and go above and beyond to make sure users have all the tools they need.

One of the things I've really liked is that from a customer support standpoint you're not just giving us a product and going ‘figure it out’ - you've been almost more caring in making sure that we're using HowdyGo in a successful way than we have been ourselves.

What's the main difference between HowdyGo and Arcade?

The biggest difference is capture format. Arcade captures screenshots of your product - static images stitched together with hotspots. HowdyGo captures actual HTML and CSS, creating pixel-perfect replicas that look and behave like your real product. This means smoother animations, crisper visuals, and the ability to edit demos without re-recording.

Does Arcade offer HTML demos?

Arcade reserves HTML capture for enterprise customers only, requiring custom pricing. HowdyGo includes HTML demos on every plan, starting at $159/month with unlimited users.

Why is HowdyGo more affordable than other HTML demo platforms?

We're a small, profitable, bootstrapped team and proud of it. We don't have any VC expectations to meet or pressure to try squeeze every dollar out of every deal. We just want to continue to focus on creating the best interactive demo platform in the market.

Is there a setup fee or implementation cost?

Nope. You sign up, install the Chrome extension, and start recording. Our Pro and Enterprise plans include hands-on support from our founding team to help you hit the ground running at no extra cost.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes, you can save 20% with annual billing. If you want to further discuss pricing and discounts, just reach out via chat.

Can we extend the trial if we need more time?

We're happy to extend trials for serious evaluators. Just ask via in-app chat for an extension.

Can I migrate my demos over to HowdyGo?

While demos can't be directly imported, we can help you migrate some screens over if needed. Most teams however find they can rebuild their demo library in a few hours, and often improve them in the process.
